Thank you for using water fuel generator / HHO Generator / electrolyser "Joko Energy". Please read this installation guide carefully in advance in order to produce the best of this electrolyser unit. Everything needed for installation or installation of equipment will be described in detail step by step, along with images to be easily understood. This electrolyser Dry Cell newest technology that has been enhanced so that it can produce HHO gas but with a larger electric current is relatively low and can be adjusted according to needs ranging from 6 amperes to 15 amperes with a voltage of 12 Volts to 24 Volts DC.

Water fuel generators using water electrolysis system that is called: electrolyser, because it produces HHO gas, then the international community called HHO Generator. In general, the electrolyser technology is always in the form of separate drycell between REACTOR and RESERVOIR. Chapter. III PREPARATION 1. Distilled Water : Distilled water is pure water that is normally used to increase the water storage battery ( not H2SO4). Based on our test against some battery water sold in Jakarta and surrounding areas, to the water battery brand: GS (Gold Star), Pacific, Trisakti and Cap Lions have TDS below 10 ppm, it means that the battery is relatively pure water, while other brands still contains many other substances that cause rapid battery is damaged, and the electrolysis (HHO reactor) effect on its results of HHO gas which rapidly declined due to rapidly changing dirty water resulting in silt, even from the test results along HHO users South and North Jakarta are having problems like the above in August 2012, proved battery water seal lion also been trumped and sold in the Super Market "GIANT" and when we confirm to the manufacturer does not supply the said parties to the super market. Test the purity of the water with TDS Meter:




As described above, to determine whether water is pure or not, can be proved with gauges named TDS Meter. TDS Meter Scale assortment, there are scale x1, x10 and x100, in the picture below using the scale: x10. If the numbers listed on the TDS Meters = 0 ppm, the water is pure, and if more than 0 then impure, for example, the refill water TDS = 30 ppm - 200 ppm TDS Meter reads: 003-020 and the mineral water is usually TDS = 60 ppm - 80 ppm (read: 006-008). Chapter. IV INSTALLATION ON THE VEHICLE A. Preparation of the installation: 1. Look for enough space to put the electrolyser unit (HHO Generator). If the car is not in the engine room there is enough space, then the best option is the rear trunk because it has no heat affected profit machine. 3. Please note that the electrolysis unit / your HHO Generator, reactor already containing KOH catalyst, so you do not have to bother making KOH solution but just enough to add pure water into it every water is less (up to 2-3 months). Follow the steps below: 1. Open the lid Reservoir on the electrolyser unit (HHO Generator). 2. Fill with pure water / water distilled / demineralized water / distilled water / RO water / air-oxygen water into the reservoir tube.


B. Fill in the electrolysis of water

1. The first step: Prepare Testpen DC 12 Volt (available at auto spare parts store with a price of about USD 1.2) and a needle.


For installation, follow the steps below:

2. Attach the cable clamp testpen the vehicle body. 3. Turn the ignition key to the ON position (not the ACC position). 4. Prepare a needle or a pin and look Stroom (+) using testpen DC. 5. Needle puncture on one of the wiper motor cable (usually a bunch of wires coming out from under the windshield wiper motor front if not placed on the outside). 6. Attach testpen, in the needle, if not illuminated, looking again at the other cable. 7. If it has been obtained, turn the ignition key left and right from the ACC position to ON, if it is true then it would be seen dead testpen followed the ignition key to the ACC position and must die. 8. If the ACC position just testpen already lit then you should look again at another place that is contained in the fuse box in the engine room or under steering. 9. For a while the first mark with a permanent marker position or fuse wires connected to the ignition ON and will continue after the HHO generator installed. 10. Remove the battery positive pole terminal for 30 minutes or more to RESET ECU (Read instructions on the Reset ECU for HHO Generator). This step does not apply to gasoline car that still use carburetors and on conventional diesel cars still use Bosch Pump.

11.
